Yes, the Arise platform requires you to take the Harvey assessment once you join. This test is mandatory so Arise gets an idea of what type of clients to show you based on your test results

You can start earning within the next 4 weeks honestly. Once you choose your client, you will need to go through training as stated in the Informational video. Training can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks
